Terms of service

By placing an order with Glass Theory, you agree to the following:

Custom-made goods. Every piece is cut to the exact dimensions, thickness, edge finish, and options you select at checkout. Because each piece is made to order, all sales are final except as described in our Refund policy.

Your measurements. You are responsible for the dimensions you enter. Double-check them before ordering. If you choose an "Other" shape, we will confirm the shape with you before cutting.

Sizes. Online orders are limited to pieces up to 20" x 20". Larger or special requests can be discussed by contacting us before ordering.

Tempered glass. Tempered glass cannot be cut, drilled, or altered after tempering. If you choose the tempered upgrade, be certain of your dimensions before ordering.

Pricing. All prices are in US dollars. Shipping is charged at checkout at the rate you select.

Order changes. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change an order — once a piece is cut, it cannot be changed.
